“Leaders are not born but are made by their experiences in life”. To inculcate the leadership qualities in students and to give them a feel of functioning of the administrative body, a student council was formed at SSGS in the Investiture Ceremony. Administrator Ms Navjot Insan invested the school Head Girl Kashish Kutwani, Vice-Head Girl Ashmeet Kaur, Sports Captain Shivani Bhadu, House Captains and Prefects with badges. Students dressed in resplendent house colours, marching to the beat of the drums, added to the grandeur of the event. The students’ council took the pledge to hold the school motto of Loyalty, Truth and Honour in high esteem. They were congratulated and admonished to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. The function concluded with the National Anthem.
